I'm a sophomore Family & Consumer Science major at Baylor University. In May 2006 I went out of the United States for the first time and traveled to Kenya where I met some of the most amazing people. The experiences I had during those two weeks were life changing, and pieces of my heart have been scattered among so many of the children I met there. I am ready to do whatever God asks of me in order to keep serving his people. I love the outdoors, playing tennis, being with people, watching movies, running, and music. I also really enjoy cereal and I've had the chicken pox twice.

Jenne Blackburn - Visionary

Hey! My name is Jenne and I am a sophomore at Baylor studying communications and public relations. I was brought to Baylor from Orange County California for a specific purpose, and now I know what I am called to do. I am called to the nations to bring hope to places that need help. At this moment I am an Omega Kid focusing on Africa. I was so blessed to go and be apart of the Kenyan worship! I am excited to bring that joy to America, and help bring joy to a hurting place with the Lords help. I love missions and I love to play competitive sports, and I love meeting new people! (i.e. Volleyball).

Lisa Nicholson - Student Liaison

Hey guys, my name is Lisa Nicholson, and I am currently a student at Baylor University studying to be a special education teacher. I got involved in Omega Kids after going to Kenya the summer of 2006. My world was rocked loose from its every day monotony after seeing, holding, smelling, and experiencing the children of Kenya. I wanted to get involved in Omega Kids because I knew I had to do something with what I experienced. Not everyone is so blessed to be able to travel thousands of miles and spend time with these wonderful children, so I wanted to help bridge the gap between my two worlds. Oh by the way, I really like anything that deals with food: grocery shopping, cooking, eating out, and looking at food. I am also a big fan of Chicago food, which may stem from the fact that I am from there.

I'm a 19 year old sophomore at Baylor University from San Antonio, Texas. Currently I am pursuing a degree in Early Childhood- 4th Grade elementary education. I come from a close-knit family who I rely on very much. Some of my favorite things in life are Africa, traveling, dancing, board games, pineapples, and acting crazy! For as long as I can remember I've had an extreme passion for helping, playing, and working with young children. Over the years I have realized that God has blessed me with a strong ability to connect and relate to children of all nations. It is my strongest desire to use these gifts to better God's people. I know that as an Omega Kid I will have the opportunity to provide love and support to God's precious children.

It first started with a handful of students, now it has grown to hundreds who want to help and be involved. We believe that these numbers and hearts will multiply. Here is the Omega Kids team who is working diligently to get all the puzzle pieces into place to start a movement of Gods Peace wherever we go!
